Intro & build description
If you are looking for a well-rounded build that’s perfect for league start, look no further. This miner will be able to reliably clear endgame and achieve tens of millions of DPS with surprisingly low investment.
Build does not rely on huge amount of unique items – only Arkhon’s Tools and Winterweave, both of which, even though are not 1c items, are usually very affordable after a few days.

Critical strike chance & increased elemental damage mods would be something to look for in additionally, but that’s expensive.
Until you can find a helmet like this, use your Glacial Cascade setup in the 6L body armor.

Shavronne's WrappingsLook for Shavronne’s Wrappings as soon as you can so you can enable Pain Attunement 30% more damage boost.
Before transitioning to low life, use Tabula or Rare 6-Linked chest.

WinterweaveCore item for the build which synergizes with our belt.
Get this as soon as you can get the Arkhon’s Tools belt.
Amulet
Replica Dragonfang's FlightWe can use rare amulet if we want to go a bit more defensive or get a Replica Dragonfang’s Flight with +3 Levels of Glacial Cascade gems.
1Hand Weapon
Foulborn TulbornWe use Foulborn Tulborn wand with +4 to cold gems mod.
Before that, just use general rare wand with +1 to cold skill gems, spell damage, spell crit.
Offhand
Rare Spirit ShieldLook for rare spirit shield with increased spell damage, +1 to level of cold spell skills, resistances.
Jewel
Unique JewelsThis particular version uses just 1 Watcher’s Eye with +1.7 crit when affected by Hatred.
