Intro & build description
No idea what to play in Legion? Reworked Storm Burst feels great to play if you haven’t tried it yet. While Legion league focuses on revamping melee combat and melee skills, it works great for spellcasters since items tend to get cheaper. Storm Burst feels great to use as soon as you get it (end of Act 1) and only keeps getting better as you progress through the game.

Rare RingRare ring with dexterity, elemental resistances and -#total mana cost of skills.
Amulet
Presence of ChayulaIt is vital for Low life build to have stun immunity. If you can’t afford Presence of Chayula just yet, use Eye of Chayula as alternative till you have currency for upgrade.
Belt
Crystal Belt or Stygian ViseUse crystal belt for energy shield boost and overall more defensive option or stygian vise belt for extra abyssal jewel socket.
1Hand Weapon
Rare SceptrePerfect stats for sceptre would be as follows:
gain #% of physical damage as extra fire damage
gain#% of elemental damage as extra chaos damage
spell damage, increased critical strike chance with spells, global critical strike multiplier and gain #% of non-chaos damage as extra chaos damage.
Offhand
Rare ShieldRare shield with 300+ energy shield, critical strike chance for spells and decent total elemental resistances. It depends on rest of your gear, if you can cap resists elsewhere, you can go for more damaging shield paired with spell damage and/or cast speed.

Energy From WithinUse this jewel in socket next to Melding notable for 15% extra energy shield.

Watcher's EyePerfect Watcher’s Eye for this build would be ”+#% to critical strike multiplier while affected by anger” and ”gain #% of physical damage as extra lightning damage while affected by wrath.”
Obviously, jewel like that can get very expensive, build works just fine without it. Focus on upgrade like this when you are min maxing you character.
