Intro & build description
Arc is one of the skills in the game that feels super fun and fluid to play, but it lacked single target damage. With 3.3 content update, it received a huge buff to both clear speed and single target damage. If fast-paced action and breezing through maps is something you enjoy, arc inquisitor is perfect build for you. Paired with Vaal Arc you will unleash massive damage to your foes while doing no targeting at all, arc does it for you. All you have to do is shield charge from pack to pack and just press the button.
Build Pros
- Works fine without any uniques
- Good league starter build in a fresh economy
- Don't have to target anything, arc does it for you
- Fast map clearing build
- In 3.3 patch arc received HUGE buffs to overall damage and insane single target damage buff
- Fun to play
Build Cons
- Some of the late endgame upgrades are pricey, but they are pricey on every single build once you start to perfect it

LightpoacherLightpoacher offers 2 abyss gem slots and some extra damage from Spirit Burst. If you can’t afford Lightpoacher, don’t worry – rare helmet with high life and elemental resistances works as well.
Body Armour
Inpulsa's Broken HeartThis is where you start exploding corpses for 5-10% of their maximum health as lightning damage. In terms of clear speed, this chest paired with Herald of Ice makes up very nice combo.
Gloves
Rare GlovesRare gloves with life, elemental resistances and attack speed. If you have enough money, purchase or craft gloves with Essence of Insanity for 16% more attack speed for faster shield charging.
Boots
Rare BootsGeneric boots with high movement speed (25%-30%), high life and elemental resistances.
Left Ring
Call of the BrotherhoodCool ring to have in the build, helps with clear speed and herald of ice explosions.
Right Ring
Rare RingRare ring with life, lightning damage and resistances. If you have currency, I would suggest to invest in Elder ring with ”Curse enemies with warlord’s mark on hit” for some extra leech and endurance charges.
Amulet
Choir of the StormCotS would be your endgame upgrade, like really, really endgame. Any amulet with spell damage, global critical strike chance, global critical strike multiplier works perfectly fine.
Belt
Stygian ViseStygian Vise with high life and elemental resistances or Bisco’s Leash if Rampage is something you enjoy. Both options are solid.
1Hand Weapon
Rare Dagger of SceptreAdded lightning damage to spells, increased critical strike chance for spells, spell damage, decent attack speed.
Offhand
Rare ShieldShield with life, spell damage, increased critical strike chance for spells and elemental resistances.
Jewel
The Blue DreamWay to gain power charges reliably while clearing map. It is placed near to ”Nullification” notable on passive skill tree for 8% chance to gain power charge on kill.
Jewel
Rare Jewels- Critical strike multiplier with lightning skills
- Increased global critical strike multiplier
- Critical strike multiplier for spells
- Increased maximum life
- Cast speed
- Spell damage
There are lots of good options, pick what you can afford.
Jewel
Abyss Jewels- Maximum life
- Global Critical Strike Multiplier
- Critical Strike multiplier if you’ve killed recently
Flask
Flask Setup- Bubbling Divine Life Flask of Staunching
- Chemist’s Diamond Flask of Warding
- Chemist’s Silver Flask of Heat

- Alchemist’s Quicksilver Flask of Adrenaline
To which lvl do you pex the immortal call and cast when dmg taken?
Bump! I got partway through leveling Immortal Call and then I realized it’s pointless because you don’t get endurance charges with this build.
Immortal call is still very effective without any endurance charges.
But the question is, what do you level it up to? Leveling doesn’t increase base duration, only extra duration per endurance charge, but this build doesn’t provide endurance charges.
why attack speed instead of cast speed?
Why do you use Controlled Destruction Support on a Crit build is it only for the 25% dmg ?
At level 20, controlled destruction gives 44% more spell damage. It is one of the strongest support gems you can pick on any spellcaster build.
Mate is this hc viable and what maps is it bad for ? plss reply
Well, you absolutely should stay away from elemental reflect maps.
Thanks for ur guides and effort mate u help alot of people and also 1 last question . the lightpoacher helm seems to have only 1 abyss slot is it still worth it ?
and also is it ok to replace immortal call with warlords mark?
Last question what do you do with the mana consumption because i still need to use a mana potion for bosses to spam it.
Also, I’m wondering why there are frenzy nodes on the tree. Where do frenzy charges come from here?
The herald of ice link has ice bite 🙂
what spell is prolly the best for doing atziri?
i got a problem whit mana , how do i sustain mana for infinite cast vs bosses/ monstes?
Consider Laviianga’s Spirit.
You know putting the Blue Dream in the jewel socket between the lightning walker node(+15 lightning res) and the cruel prep node(+10% max lie and +5% all res) under the lightning damage wheel in the witch tree gives you a 20% chance to gain power charge on kill instead of the 8 from nullification…
