Intro & build description
Stormblast mine is one of the newest mine skills and is really fun to play. It covers large AoE, looks cool and obliterates pretty much anything that’s in front of you. Also great as a league starter build, since mine builds are strong even with pretty basic items.
Build Pros
- Cheap to start and scales well with items
- Reflect is not a problem
- Great clear and single target damage
- Can do all of the endgame

Rare Shaper helmIdeally you should look for rare Shaper helmet, ideally Hubris Circlet, but they can be expensive.
Use Metallic + Prismatic fossils to craft your helmet with life and “Nearby enemies have -9% to Lightning resistance”. Hitting good shaper mod on top of that, like lightning damage to spells would be really great as well.
Body Armour
Carcass JackGreat all-around body armor for the build – AoE, life, resistances and damage.
Gloves
Rare Fingerless Silk GlovesLook for rare Fingerless Silk gloves with at least 80 life and high resistances.
Another great, albeit way more expensive option would be Machina Mitts.
Boots
Rare BootsLook for generic rare boots with at least 80 life, 30% increased movement speed and some resistances.
Left Ring
Rare Elder RingLook for rare Elder ring base with life, elemental resistances and increased lightning damage. We need this ring to be an elder one, because we use Mark of The Shaper, so until you get that, you can use regular rare rings.
Right Ring
Mark of The ShaperMark of The Shaper is an excellent ring for most spell based builds, providing life and plenty of damage.
Amulet
Rare AmuletLook for rare amulet with life, increased spell damage, increased lightning damage and global critical strike multiplier. If you can get amulet with life and 2 of the other stats, that’s already great.
1Hand Weapon
Rare Shaper WandOn wands, we should look for following stats in priority:
1.) Gain x% of Elemental Damage as Extra Chaos Damage
2.) x% Increased Critical Strike Chance for Spells
3.) Adds x-x Lightning damage to spells
4.) Increased Spell Damage / Gain x% of Non-Chaos Damage as extra Chaos damage hybrid mod
5.) Critical Strike Multiplier
Jewel
Jewel SetupOn jewels look for following stats:
1.) Increased maximum life
2.) Global Critical strike multiplier / with elemental skills / with lightning skills / while dual wielding
3.) Increased spell damage
4.) Resistances / Attributes if you need them
Flask
Flask SetupBuild uses following flasks:
1.) Divine Life flask with instant recovery and bleed removal
2.) Quicksilver Flask of Adrenaline
3.) Atziri’s Promise
4.) Diamond Flask with freeze removal

Been trying out this build I just beat the game it feels pretty good.
Frost wall is abit confusing to use and i feel lil squishy but other than that build is nice
