Intro & build description
One of the fastest if not the fastest builds there are. Only rival who can come close in terms of clear speed is Vaal Fireball. Play style is very unique compared to regular builds. Once you enter the map or area you are farming, you have to build up souls by killing monsters with regular Spark to be able to cast Vaal Spark. Once Vaal Spark has enough souls to cast, you press it and shield charge around to kill as many mobs as you can so you recharge your next Vaal Spark instantly and repeat. Unique jewels allow us to charge up Vaal Spark very fast.

Hubris CircletRare hubris with at least 300 ES. I suggest buying white ilvl83 hubris with ”40% increased Spark Damage” enchant and rolling it yourself.
Body Armour
Vaal RegaliaVaal Regalia with at least 650 ES, this build work just fine in a 5-link, buy 6-link and roll higher ES when you can afford it.
Boots
Sorcerer BootsMovement speed boots with some resistances. Try to get a pair with at least 25% increased movement speed.
Right Ring
Call of the BrotherhoodNecessity for this build since we need to convert some damage to cold and shatter enemies for extra vaal souls.
Belt
Crystal BeltGeneric crystal belt with flat ES roll and some resistances. While one the budged, Chain belt with flat ES works too.
Flask
Vessel of Vinktar (Added Lightning Damage to Spells)Huge damage and leech comes from vinktar’s, not necessary but one of the best upgrades you can make for build.
1Hand Weapon
Ezomyte DaggerCritical strike chance for spells, some attack speed for smoother shield charging and some spell damage or flat damage for spells.
Offhand
Titanium Spirit ShieldLook for shield with at least 400 energy shield, they are not that expensive. You can find deals in 10-20c range. Huge upgrade to ES pool.
Jewel
Chill of CorruptionIf you have currency, I would suggest getting legacy Chill of Corruption, but they are expensive. If on the budget, get the regular one. They are cheap.
How to level this build and what to use then leveling?
I used regular spark in 4 link to level.

Prime please tell me how you leveled this, what gems where you using along with spark? And would you have done anything differently?
i leveled this with spark, pierce, spell echo and faster casting, worked well enough, although single target dps is seemingly very low. At the endgame now, spent about 5-6 exalts and still having difficulty clearing content. level 75 so far so that is one of my issues. getting used to the flasks and not being able to mitigate stuns very well makes this build super difficult imo. in retrospect, probably would not do this build again. probably needs dozens of exalts to run smoothly, let alone well.
i was frustrated earlier with the build when i commented, it is just not a beginner friendly build and requires some game knowledge as well as skill at executing proper timing of your potions, in the right combination. reallllly have to be careful with the potions, it is what this build runs on.

No, getting res from bandits 99.9% of the time is inefficient choice, skill point is better in both cases.
Why do you need call of the brotherhood ring? HoI should be enough for shattering I guess?
call of the brotherhood allows for us to gain extra vaal souls with this build, foremost…im sure it serves other purpose too, like the utility of freezing your enemy to mitigate their movement and furthermore, their damage output.
How do you get leech when u have none selected from the tree dude?
also this build is very expensive, i wouldn’t recommend this as league starter……
Fun to play, but you need high and safety attention while playing it. Without leech, it’s sometimes hard. Was farming Shaped Spider Forest for some Doctor’s, but i do not recommend it. Shaped Strand would be a lot easier to play.

Been following this build and its great , but for some reason your 90 points and finished passive tree shows up blank and i cant see where the points are ? Is there something im doing wrong or is it the link not working.
This build hasn’t been updated for 3.0 since Ghost Reaver was changed with newest expansion. Sorry about that.
