Intro & build description
Kinetic blast of clustering build focuses on fast clear and mana scaling as one of the damage sources. With Bloodline Ascendancies introduced, the build gets a noticeable buff on account of being able to pick up 2 useful ascendancy points – something that was not the case with Hierophant.
Note: start the build as a hybrid life / ES, transition into CI when you have 4-5k+ Energy Shield.

MindspiralMindspiral is a great helm that gives us mana and tons of ES and is usually very cheap even early on.
Body Armour
Rare ES Body ArmorLook for rare body armor with as high ES as possible + some intelligence.
Before you transition into CI, any high life + resistance armor or Tabula Rasa will do.
Gloves
Rare GlovesWe use gloves for the primary purpose of converting physical damage to lighting.
So look for (or craft) gloves with physical to lighting conversion eldritch implicit + explicit mod.
Other than that, look for ES, attack speed.
Left Ring
Rare RingLook for rare rings with intelligence, accuracy, ES, other missing attributes.
After you farm up some currency, it would be suggested to buy Helical Rings with such mods.
Amulet
Eyes of the GreatwolfLook for Eyes of the Greatwolf with some of the following mods or their combinations: %increased maximum mana, global defences, global crit multiplier, increased attributes.
Belt
Crystal BeltLook for Crystal belt with + to maximum mana, energy shield, resistances.
Alternatively, you could also essence-craft it with essence of spite for intelligence.
Later on, you’d want either Headhunter or Mageblood though.
1Hand Weapon
Rare WandsThe build dual wields wands with high spell damage, increased critical strike chance and maximum mana and attack speed.

Jewel
Jewel SetupBuild uses following jewels:
1) 2x Split Personality with mana and accuracy.
2) Regular rare jewels with global critical strike multiplier, mana, energy shield.
3) Precision crit multiplier watcher’s eye later on.
Flask
