Rare ArmorGet a chest with critical strike chance for attacks and high life. Absolute best chest would be to get frenzy charges as well as critical strike chance rolled on the chest which can get kind of expensive.
Gloves
Rare GlovesRegular pair of gloves with high life and elemental resistances. If resistances are capped, you can go for attack speed or physical damage.
If you have currency, getting vulnerability corruption on gloves would skyrocket the damage.
Boots
Rare BootsBoots with high life, movement speed and elemental resistances.
If you have currency, get a paid with Tailwind.
