Intro & build description
Great build to pick up and play in a fresh league if you haven’t played Shield Spectral Throw just yet. This build does not rely on specific unique to ”enable” the build.

Rare HelmPerfect helm would be armour based helm with Life and 9% Physical damage.
You need an Elder ILvl85 Base for the mod since and it’s not that easy to roll.
A good alternative and cheap helm which is always available with a lot of lab enchants is Crown of the Inward Eye
Body Armour
Lioneye's VisionLioneye’s Vision is an amazing chest piece and is easy to color. Life and a ton of armor as well as free pierce and mana leech.
Pretty amazing chest considering how cheap it is.
Alternative is a rare chest with life and elemental resistances or influenced chest with frenzy charges and block to reach the block cap.
Gloves
Fenumus' WeaveAspect of the Spider is amazing. Additionally, we get attack Speed and an additional damage for bleeds.
Boots
Rare BootsArmor based boots with high life, elemental resistances and high movement speed.
Hunter influenced boots can give you pierce.
Left Ring
Rare RingRegular rare ring with high life, elemental resistances and possibly stats for necessary skill/item requirements.
Right Ring
Rare RingRegular rare ring with high life, elemental resistances and possibly stats for necessary skill/item requirements.
If you are struggling with mana, you can craft -# mana cost.
Amulet
ImpresenceImpresence with reduced mana reservations costs for Vulnerability.
Until you get Impresence use any rare amulet with life, elemental resistances or damage.
1Hand Weapon
Warlord Influenced Rare AxeIdeally go for Runic Hatchet with Warlord Influence. Go for double bleed mods. I also like trigger craft so you can’t forget your tempest shield / blood rage and put vulnerabilty on it if you don’t have a another source.
Offhand
Colossal Tower ShieldColossal Tower Shield with as much armour as possible. You can buy a ilvl86 for some chaos. Just throw some dense Fossil on it and you should be able to get one with 2k+ armour. This should be enough for nearly all content.
Craft a shield with #% life recovery on block. This mod is broken, especially with max block characters.
Jewel
Watcher's EyeGrab one you can afford. For example, additional critical strike multiplier while you are affected by malevolence is amazing.
