Intro & build description
3.3 patch brings some insane buffs to already strong arc miner. Damage is absurd already, but 3.3 content upgrade makes it even stronger, like, really, really stronger. Playstyle is very straightforward, place mines and detonate – watch screen full of monsters die. Not a single complex mechanic, new players wouldn’t feel overwhelmed. Clear speed and damage are great while clearing maps, but it excels at killing bosses and toughest encounters game has to offer. If Arc is something you would like to revisit or play it for the first time, now is great time.

Kaom's heartKaom’s Heart or Loreweave. If you want to have higher life pool, go for kaom’s heart – if you prefer damage and high maximum elemental resistance cap instead, pick Loreweave.
Gloves
Rare GlovesFingerless Silk gloves with 70+ life and decent elemental resistances. If possible ,try to get some dexterity on gloves as well for gem and gear requirements.
Left Ring
Essence WormWrath aura is socketed into Essence Worm, so we don’t lose any mana reserved. Use Clear Mind jewel only once you have Essence Worm.
Right Ring
Rare RingRing with life, elemental resistances and any stat you need for gear or gem requirements.
Amulet
Rare AmuletRare amulet with life and global critical strike chance, global critical strike multiplier. If your resistances aren’t capped, feel free to drop one of the offensive mods for resistances or stats.
2Hand Weapon
Tremor RodVery underrated and strong weapon for miners. Only downside is, you can’t use shield charge with it.
Jewel
Clear MindSince build uses Mind over Matter and Essence Worm, we have 100% unreserved mana. Clear mind is very strong jewel.
Jewel
Watcher's EyeWatchers Eye with lightning penetration while affected by wrath. I know these gems are expensive, use any rare jewels instead of watchers eye till you have enough currency to afford one.

How is this an arc mine build dont you need remote mine in your 6 link
Tremor Rod has built-in Remote Mine.
can this build kill uber elder too?
You have increased critical strikes but also controlled destruction? Am I missing something here?
Controlled destruction doesn’t mean you can’t crit, it just lowers your critical strike chance a bit and gives a huge amount of spell damage.
I was just wondering, do you suggest going ES, Armor or evasion with this?
What about pantheon?
Looking at the skill planner, how do I know in which order the skills should be acquired?
Get all points around shadow’s starting point, go for ”Clevel Constructions” notable, then move to witch’s starting point. If you lack hp, pick hp first. It really depends on gear you’re playing with.
Thanks for the reply prime!
Hello Prime !
How did you obtain a 6 socket tremor rod ? I bought the rod , its level 45 and had 3 socket, i upgrade it to 4 but it doesn’t seem to go any higher.
Hello.
You will need to check your tremor rod’s item level(different from level requirement), press alt while hovering your mouse cursor over the item and check if it is at least 50. If it isn’t, buy another one. You can’t possibly roll 6 sockets on sub-50 ilvl tremor rod manually. However, if item level is above 50, you haven’t spent enough jeweller’s orbs yet. Sometimes it takes as much as 300+ on a single item to get it to max sockets. Hope it helps.
What kind of jewels would you recommend? I’m not sure I fully understand how it’s being introduced in the guide, especially the abyss jewels.
How will I charge Vaal Arc. I don´t have any other damage skill
Since 3.3, Vaal Skill gems allow you to use regular version of the Vaal Skill until you have souls.
thx a lot. didn´t know that
Like in the build I can use Loreweave instead of Kaom’s Heart. And what are the best gem’s (like aura gems) to insert into Loreweave’s sockets?
Loreweave is a great option for more damage, yes. I wouldn’t suggest using any more auras for the build – since the build is using MoM, reserving your mana will greatly reduce your survivability for very little gain. You can use the sockets for something like Vaal Clarity, Decoy Totem setup to distract monsters while you put down mines or perhaps Enduring Cry to cast from time to time.
Thx! The 1st thing I though was Decoy Totem with Minion and Totem Elemental Resistances + Empower + Enhance, but I was not sure (especially with Empower + Enhance, but I will try both)
Which one of these setups would you go for?
Decoy Totem is not bad, btw, Siphoning Trap is a great option now.
the best pro of this build is listed as a con, we are forced to use a much better movement skill than most miner builds… I guess I’ll try it
First of all, nice builds, they’re a lot of fun to play ;-). I have a question: Is Lavianga’s Spirit amount recovered important? A 49% amount recovered one is double the price than say a 30%ish one. I’m assuming no, but a more experienced opinion doesn’t hurt. Thanks for taking the time!
Depends on how high your mana pool is really, if you can recover entire pool with worse rolled flask, go for it. You could also buy cheapest one and invest in a divine or 2.
so, I’m playing this, got a TR, 6 sockets, all colored right, and got to the level, but then I noticed, I only have 14 str… tremor rod requires 78, I can go for it, but then Kaom’s needs 198, do you have any tips on that? Like, even with an Astramentis I’d still be only half way…
once again thanks for this great fun build
Don’t go for Astramentis, your options are getting 60 STR from the tree in 2 notables – Might and Physique. Also, try to get at least 40 strength on your rare ring. With a few jewels and / or helm with strength on it, you should be good to go.
Hey is there a reason your Chest piece doesnt show any gems?
Because build uses Kaom’s Heart and that chest has no sockets.
