Rare Hubris/Bone HelmetRare helmet, preferably Bone Helmet with minion levels, high life, elemental resistances and some energy shield.
Body Armour
Tabula RasaOne of the most iconic items in PoE and for a good reason. Usually they are quite cheap to pick up or farm in Aqueducts. Use any chest you can get your hands on with maximum sockets and life/elemental resistances until you get Tabula Rasa.
Gloves
Algor MortisAlgor Mortis are cheap and great way on how to boost the damage utilizing Vortex + Arcanist Brand setup.
Use any rare gloves with life and elemental resistances until you get a pair of Algor Mortis.
Boots
Rare BootsRare boots with high life, elemental resistances and high movement speed. If you can, get a pair with spell suppression as well.
Amulet
Rare AmuletPick a jade amulet or any rare amulet with lots of dexterity and strength as we will need it. Any life and elemental resistances on top are a bonus.
Belt
Darkness Enthroned1Hand Weapon
Rare WandRare wand with + level of minion and/or spell skills.
Craft as well auto trigger in the wand to automatically use Desecrate and Bone Offering.
Offhand
Rare ShieldRare shield with life and most importantly %life recovered on block or The Surrender.
Although Surrendered usually is quite expensive.

Rare Ghastly Eye jewelRare jewel with following stats:

2. Minions deal #% increased Damage if you’ve used a Minion Skill Recently
