AbyssusAbyssus is quite self-explanatory. An insane helm that usually is cheap and easy to acquire which helps us to boost the damage as well as cover some stat requirements.
Body Armour
Rare Body ArmourIn perfect scenario, we want rare armour with – to total mana cost, additional curse and critical strike chance paired with life and elemental resistances.
In reality, get as many of mentioned stats as possible, based on your budget. I would prioritize curse and critical strike chance. If you have mana problems, prioritize the mana cost to help with sustain.

Death RushAwesome and cheap ring to recover life and pretty much gain permanent adrenaline.
Amulet
Xoph's HeartAwesome amulet for that fire damage and Ash debuff, which causes enemies to take increased fire damage and get slowed.
Use any rare amulet with life, elemental resistances or stats, until you get Xoph’s Heart.
Belt
Rare BeltRare belt with life, elemental resistances and increased Elemental Damage with Attacks.
