Intro & build description
With melee getting huge buffs and gladiator being reworked, bleed earthquake looks like a perfect league starter.
Build is quite tanky and clears maps nicely with the help of Vaal Earthquake. Despite the addition of aggravated bleeding to the ascendancy, build still uses The Tempest Rising, because those boots are still one of the best-in-slot for the build.
Build Pros
- Has close to max block and spell block
- Good clear with Vaal Earthquake
- Can be started on budget
- Can attain 100% bleed with less than 20 skill points + chance to bleed gem

- Might not be the best bosser, but remains to be seen in-game

Such an armor can be crafted with essences.
Boots
The Tempest RisingCore item of the build, get these boots as soon as you can. Until then, use regular rare ones with high life, movement speed and resistances.
Right Ring
Rare Amethyst RingLook for rare Amethyst ring with high life, damage over time multiplier (essence mod) + chaos resistance.
You should also craft non-channeling skill -mana.
Belt
Rare Stygian ViseInitially, look for rare stygian vise with at least 75 life and as much resistances as you can get.
Mageblood is an endgame option, if you are planning to push the build further.
1Hand Weapon
Rare 1h AxeLook for a rare 1h axe with as high physical damage as you can find + increased damage with bleeding mod.
Offhand
Rare ShieldLook for a rare shield with high life, spell suppression and elemental resistances.
In the late game good shield to use is The Surrender.
Jewel
Jewel SetupOn rare jewels, look for:
1) Physical damage over time multiplier
2) Increased maximum Life
3) Increased damage with bleeding
4) Increased damage with axes
In the endgame, look for Watcher’s Eye with damage over time multiplier while affected by Malevolence.
Flask
Flask SetupBuild uses following flasks:
1) Lion’s Roar
2) Divine Life flask with instant recovery
3) Jade Flask
4) Quicksilver Flask
5) Basalt Flask
