Intro & build description
If you want damage on a budget, this is a build for you. Without the need for a 6-link and expensive uniques to start mapping, and the main item easily farmable with divination cards, Maw of Mischief elementalist is the perfect starter. It can easily take down bosses and has surprisingly fast clear.

Berek's RespiteBerek’s Respite helps with clear immensely – you should also aim to get it ASAP, however, it can be a bit pricy early on.

Replica EmberwakeAnother important item that synergizes with the build.
Try to get one with high “ignites deal damage faster” mod.
Amulet
Rare AmuletLook for rare amulet with high life, damage over time multiplier and “Summon Spectral Wolf on Kill” mod. The wolf mod is craftable through crafting bench, and is a very important mod to have on the amulet.
1Hand Weapon
The ScourgeOne of the best weapons for the build which you can buy for next to nothing.
It’s outclassed only by very high-end crafted sceptres.
Get it as soon as you can. When you do, can go ahead and recraft amulet’s Spectral Wolf mod to something else.
Offhand
Bitterbind PointGood shield for the build – gives us arcane surge, increased crits to sustain elemental overload and huge boost to spectre life.
Jewel
Militant FaithThis particular build version uses just 1 jewel – Militant Faith.
Get Avarius version with increased channeling spell damage.
